The filing associated with this is not new,I think. I thought I remembered something a while back they they were positioning to do just this. The stock is acting remarkably well. Now I wonder why that is? Could it be this is a good thing,lol.

The market is treating the news well so far ... I guess maybe the 15% dilution is offset by lesser chance of going under.

I wish they would spin off the Australia business.
