I can only conclude that Sandy Berger was very popular on both sides of the aisle and thus they gave him a very big break. jdn

How much was Berger trying to cover for Clinton himself and for others in the Administration....Two years before 9-11...What was written by Clarke that Berger and Clarke didn't want anyone to know....

He destroyed THREE (3) copies of the document. Unbelievable.

The plea agreement he reached with the Department of Justice details that, in fact, he deliberately removed the documents from the National Archives and that far from disposing of them mistakenly, he cut them to pieces with scissors.
