Unfortunately, Bush was reelected before such a large fall in his poll numbers. By the time his term is over, he will have dismantled every program he can that actually helps people, degraded all of our resources that his buddies can make money on, and perhaps managed to destroy the objectivity of most of our courts, particularly the Supreme Court. It is obvious that he will make one appointment to that court, and perhaps several.
