I believe that there was NOT "clear & convincing evidence" established regarding Terri's wishes & her alleged PVS state. So you, who didn't sit through the trial and listen to days of evidence, know better than the judge who did. Well, you're entitled to your opinion. I assume that, before calling the judge incompetent and disbelieving the evidence, you at least read the entire trial transcript. Right? Or at the very least, you've read the entire report of the Guardian ad Litem with his findings and the reasons for them. Right?
