Libby, The problem is not only do people love a good story, they then make the story "their own." Then they compound the issue by marrying the story to their money, and finally they end up in denial when their money shrinks and the story starts finishing with a different ending. Then they get upset on a thread when touting their (losing) position someone else dares to point out counterinformation which can threaten to ruin the story to the tune of all the $$$ our punter has committed. Proper TA keeps us at a distance, neutral, calm, cool and collected. Or at least that's the plan. Kb
