I have seen a few personal finance articles recommending this for the old retirees in florida, get the money, live in the house, leave the broken down home you never repaired to the bank instead of your kids after you die.

Everything I've read about reverse mortgages looks like heads we win tails you lose, but I might be wrong.

I think I'm too young to even think about it, they like people who look like they are about to kick off.
