Energy storage is a mixed bag. It was up, but it wasn't the massive whisper number build. And gasoline came in negative.

LOL! he's been saying that for how long? 10 years? even if it eventually does happen ( i doubt it ) , he can at best claim that he has been as good as a stopped clock is at telling the time.
