Sarbanes-Oxley hurting the microcap listed companies. The costs and disproportionate time devoted to it is what is killing them. If you do $50M in sales and now spend an extra $3-5M on this along with too much time by high level execs that you could be devoting to your business it is a real problem.

All of the internal controls that SarbOx requires just generate fees for the accounting firms. None of the crap that I have been forced to implement would have stopped Enron. But it has generated $500,000 in consulting fees for a certain TLA.
