You're right. I'm sorry, I should have read a little more carefully.... there is a huge difference in the language between this NT and the others.

Geez, gotta think about this a bit. Off the top of my head they have too many shareholders to file 15 and quit reporting.

If they just quit filing, what happens? Suspension then to the grey sheets and if they're lucky a move up to pink but only quoted unsolicited?

Man, if the above happens and they gag the T/A, look out...subpenny coming.
