I just checked out... sploid.com ...and Matt Drudge has nothing to worry about. The headlines on the site remind me of The Enquirer. Poor Drudge always gets trashed by the media. Once or twice a year, he is a guest on C-Span's morning program. His appearances always seem to be scheduled so that he is interviewed by the super-composed Brian Lamb. Mr. Hot and Mr. Calm. It may be my imagination, but I think that Brian is rather fond of Drudge. He treats him with respect. Of course, Brian treats everyone with respect, but he seems to be amused by Matt. At the risk of stating the obvious, Drudge has actually been a very influential figure on the net. I try to catch his radio program on Sunday nights. It is often repetitious and not very focused, but it is always entertaining, particularly when he has his - and yours - favorite babe on his program.
