Jewel, Corruption is so deeply engrained everywhere(not so much in the USA in comparison to the rest of the world) that talking of radical changes is not realistic. It's like moving a mountain. I'm being practical: Bill Clinton, with all his shenanigans, gave us 7 years of peace and prosperity(his first year he screwed up royally, but he was a fast learner). GWB and his mentor Dick Cheney have been in charge for 5 years...I think they could have done better.
