Greyhounds are treated like the animals they are at the tracks and kennels. They eat well, are exercised on a schedule and are disciplined when they mix it up with others in their pack. Although not a big breed, racers tend to be very muscular. The top racers are much more aggressive than the average greyhound, but their temperaments vary greatly from dog to dog. Racers are trained to chase, so bringing them into a home with small children or other animals can be dangerous. In my opinion.
