Frank, jim's info on Russia increasing production is contrary to some stuff I've read that they are lower over the last few months. Whether sequential or year on year I don't remember. Also, stats on Russia can be confusing in that it is sometimes unclear whether they are talking total production or exports. But this brings up a key development - just like China, several former exporting countries are growing their own energy needs. I hear that Indonesia still has huge NG, but exports very little oil now, for example.
