Has it been proven that exposure is the cause these children to be miscarriaged, born unhealthy or abnormal, and is it true that bush knows these problems are caused by the soldures exposure? If this is true and bush knows about it then bush is culpable. If he knows and has taken no steps then he is responsible at least for disregarding the risk factor. dougr said he not only knows it he intends for this to happen, you came on board as an advocate for dougr's position.
