Thanks for that link, Grainne. P-burg, as we used to call it, is still alive, as far as I know. Nearby Anaconda used to have the largest smokestack in the world. It was so large you could drive a car around the top of it, if you could get a car up there. You love ghost towns? Me too! I've explored a number of them. The moniker "ghost towns" is apt. Whenever I explore one I have this tingly feeling around my neck and shoulders, as though the spirits that reside there are checking me out. Even more, I love discovering and exploring old cabins out in the woods. I'm pretty good at finding them too, because I know what to look for. I wish I had time for more looking.
