I have one thing to say about the U.N.: it is a dysfunctional piece of shit that causes more discord and harm than good. The U.N. Human Rights commission is a complete joke. How in hell can any system whose purpose is to improve human rights allow members like Sudan and Saudi Arabia? Then the rotating Presidency is a complete joke too. The only solution to the UN is for the U.S. to pull out and create a parallel organization called the U.D.N. The United Democratic Nations. Sounds like the typical Arab strategy. If you want to gain credibility for anything you say or do, then you first must blame the U.S. and Israel for everything that is going wrong. I agree. That's why I am cautious in my appraisal of what's happening in the ME. The Arabs know how to talk a good game but usually, its only talk. ted
