Saul/Paul's heart was hardened against Christ and His followers, yet God didn't say "well, he has a hard heart so I guess I'll harden it further". God is able to save anyone He wishes, so if He saves the hardest hearted (Saul) and not Pharoah, then He does have partiality among men. You can't say "well Pharoah already was hardened so God finished the job, and then turn around say there is no partiality when God converted Saul, who persecuted Christ's followers like no other. The fact is, God could have softened Pharoah's heart instead of hardening it just as He did Pauls. Remember, Paul called himself the chief of sinners. Inspired words. And he did live after Pharoah.

However if I held your belief then why would it be necessary for me to witness to others? God hardens those who he would and saves those he predestines. So why does he even need a church.?

Yours is a question that has been asked over and over. We don’t know who God will have to be saved now and who He will harden. He uses believers to reach people. So even though our witness falls on deaf ears sometimes, we keep on trying. Only God can open someone’s heart, but He uses the body of Christ to reach the elect now.

God is calling out the body of Christ (the elect) now. They will live and reign with Christ and He is not calling all at this time. He is calling out the body to make them “a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people, that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. 1 Peter 2:9

You have been called into the light Gregor, part of a royal priesthood. Priests are only needed where there is estrangement. You will be a part of God’s priesthood during the kingdom and live and reign with Christ. There will still be some estrangement, but you will be a part of the reconciliation of all made possible only by the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. You witness now, and will continue to witness in the kingdom as part of Christ’s body. That’s your calling as a son of God. That’s why you continue to witness even though only God can penetrate someone’s heart.

If you understand the glory of God and what it means, then you must know that you’re going to obey God’s will not because of threat, but from love.

I have some work I have to do. Bills to pay.

See you later and have a great weekend!
