Do you even have a point? That looks like a lot of rambling to me. USA has an Ambassador with Rome Rome is not a country, you dingbat. It is a city in Italy. And Pope was the head of Vatican, not Rome. Does France have an Ambassador? I assume you mean to ask if France has a consulate in Vatican. The answer is "No". Even if it did, that would mean zip. France does not lower flags for the death of every head of state where they have a consulate. Senegal, East Timor, Laos, and Bahrein have French Consulates, but I very much doubt if they will get lowered flags for deaths of their presidents or their equivalents. ------------------------------------------ BTW, I am still waiting for your source for the "news" quote in this post: Message 21197122 This is the third time I am asking this question.
