They are a couple of yuppies making too much money for their own good, but nice folks. The amazing thing is when they asked their CPA about it he replied "can't hurt to take a look at it." They were about to cut the scamsters a check in the amount of $12,000 when they thought they should let me take a look at it. Apparently these guys target an area of the country and milk it for all it's worth.
