Martinez has confessed his subterfuge. He is damaged but no one is "lynching" him. However it is shameful to have lobbyists writing memos to politician personal, private affairs of people and get the government going into someone's home, also trying to take out the judicial branch and in effect form a rightwing tyranny with no balances of power. Martinez did something un-American and sleazy, but the real culprits are above Martinez, the leaders of the rightwing sleaze machine. Principally Rove, Delay, Cheney and the Bushes. Also to blame here is the rightwing press which has once again told us a complete and total lie, the opposite of the truth, exactly what they do time and time and time again. PS: Quit hiding behind your token brown-skinned flunkies.
