If the GOP congress sinks lower, Bush will wage war to scare people into not voting their conscience (again). My prediction. But we don't have enough troops yet to do it. So Bush first needs to spend tens of billions more putting a mercenary army in Iraq. Halliburton has already turned half our military into high-paid mercenaries, like cooks and truckdrivers getting $150,000 a year while the soldiers get $25,000. What a raw deal for the troops and tax-payers.
