Elmer, it was more like this: AMD said they would not give away their cpu's to Dell, and that Dell can't expect unreasonable benefits compared to AMDs other partners, and implied that if Dell would continue to expect just that that Dell would not be part of AMDs future. This is at least putting it in a better context.

AMD said that they don't need Dell to achieve their market share goals.

Quite a bit different if Dell needs AMD. I know it's subtle, but it is different ;)
