Well they either have to buy normal power supplies or they have to get a motherboard manufacturer to make a special motherboard revision to fit the "reversed" power supply standard Dell uses.

Considering they've been doing proprietary PS and MB systems for all these years it'd take a real commitment to get into AMD systems. I mean what MB manufacturer wants to make a Dell only revision of a motherboard if the volume isn't there?
