we have been at record low interest rates for a long time(lowest in 40 years). this could be the engine that gets it going. also, the gov't has a large deficit. they will continue to borrow for a long time. they will compete for the private sector. the only thing that will stop this momentum going forward is short term rates. they will take some time to get that done.

I hope that bob b. tries to give us two sell signals. one for the spy and total stock market and another one for the qqqq. they seem to be out of sink lately. this was shown to be true the last time he gave us a sell signal. the spy and vti peaked in late december, while the qqqq peaked in march. I think the time lag is still built into the these indexes. do you agree?
