Sure thing, if you want to "interpret" 'black' to mean 'white', or 'yes' to mean 'no'.

There's little point in providing links to quotes if one won't accept their plain english meaning.

The use of the word, 'actually', signaling something counter to audience expectations, seals the deal. AMD's not depending on Dell business wouldn't be a surprise to anyone. AMD's depending on not doing business with Dell *is* a surprising statement, hence the 'actually'.
