Civil Code
private law practised in Québec that is based on both the French Napoleonic Code and Roman law.

common law
a system of unwritten law derived from England that is based on custom as opposed to statutory or codified law, and forms the basis of private law in all parts of Canada except Québec, which follows the Civil Code.

After Quebec secedes and joins the US, America will model the Patroit Act on Napoleonic Code.

GEORGE BUSH IS A CRIMINAL FRONT AND A CRIMINAL FRAUD.

Other than stating that the Pope is no longer Polish, I don't know what is more obvious.
