Yaacov, you call "Build cheap in China and pay in dollar, sell in Europe for strong Euro, keep the dollar weak and Euro strong" a sound plan, I call it a game.

But whatever one calls it, the last thing that worries the US is the debt or the printing of money.

Phil, however, was concerned about the rise in the value of the dollar against the Euro which went against his understanding of the "soundness" of the plan which is that the US should at least try to devalue/inflate its way out of the enormous and still increasing debt.
