The point is they all lied. And it was all proven by independent non-partisan investigations from many newspapers and networks. Any liar can have medals. But notice some of them even changed their stories from Nam, which would have meant they wouldn't have gotten their medals in the first place. And according to them, Navy records are all lies. Kerry snuck into the Pentagon and changed his entire file. Kerry was planning for 45 years to run for president so he faked his entire military heroism. Must have paid off dozens of witnesses too. He's such a genius that even as a teenager he knew he was going to run against AWOL Bush and need military credentials, so he fabricated his entire combat experience. Kerry's whole boat crew are also liars, if you believe the righwing propaganda, as are John McCain and Max Cleland, plus lifelong Repub Jim Rassman. Not a single one of them on Kerry's boat saw anything the entire war, only those rightwingers back at the base and the ones who arrived a year later after Kerry went home. Talk about spitting on heros, the rightwing is the king of spitting on vets. And who cares if some SmearVets called Kerry a great hero, 10-45 years later their GOP party was at risk so they changed their stories en masse. Plenty of cash spread around to lubricate their lips as well from homebuilder Bath who "sold" a few homes to the SmearVets right before their testimonies. Got great prices on those homes I'll bet. Then there is John O'Neill, whom Nixon's dirty tricks team recruited in 1970 or so. He never served with Kerry. They weren't even in Nam at the same time. But he "knows" Kerry is a "traitor". Why? Because Kerry is a democrat who wanted to end that god-awful stinking war. That's what this is about, costing the war machine money. War is big business and peace bankrupts defense lobbyists. Not to mention the fact if Kerry were Prez he'd bust the oil lobby wide open.,
