We haven't seen such disregard for human rights since Hitler's Nazis. Nonsense, we see greater disregard for human rights every year. That doesn't excuse our failures in this area, but their hardly "the worst since the Nazis". Tim

BTW, you must have really been pissed that the independent drafted report exonerated Annan It didn't actually. Annan just claimed it did. Nobody else believes it. Nobody who attends to the facts of the case, that is. From the article in The Telegraph that GST posted: "The trouble is that people at the UN seem to suffer from sudden memory loss one week and then remember everything the next week," said a senior investigator with one of the six US congressional committees investigating the scandal. "One thing's for sure: this was no exoneration."
