I was shocked to find out I had a plaster cast when I woke up from surgery. I was told I'd have a removable "Moon" cast. Did you ask them why? :-) How long will tou be stuck with that cement block? Celebrex - doesn't that just suck! I finally find a non steroidal that actually provided at least moderate relief & it turns out it can kill you!! Check with your doc and pharmacist. (Pharmacists are often better on drugs.) All pain medications have side effects. Even good ole aspirin can kill you. It just depends on the odds.
