In terms of GDP the US is not even in the top 10 you hypocrite Oh, suddenly we're counting by GDP, is it? Suddenly the mere fact that the US pays aboue 25% of the UN budget (about $7 Billion a year), and is by far the largest contributor, doesn't count anymore? So you can claim that the US taxpayer did not pay for the Oil for Saddam program, or for the pedophile UN "peacekeepers" in the Congo and East Timor? I don't think so.
