I'd say its a pretty safe bet it IS happening throughout the Nation. Just hasnt been caught. Right off the top of my head I can think of Chicago and Philly which more likely then not are not up to what our Constitution hoped for. Thats why IMHO we need to MAKE AN EXAMPLE so HORRIBLE that others will think twice before pulling such acts. To me, this is the HEIGHT OF TREASON and I would even agree to the DEATH PENALTY for those guilty of stealing our votes. jdn
