Howlett's report is not credible, the claims from the company are not credible..

And isn't it odd to you that Wasatch acquired the shell and promptly split the stock even before Raser was brought in?
what about the news KG4 posted yesterday about more dilution?

Doesn't that bring up the question that this company may only be in the business of selling stock?
