Your familiarity with ZAPZ was greater than mine. The hype doesn't stop, raising questions on top of questions. 471 million in orders that seem impossible to be filled, so why keep appearing at shows and PRing such empty news while paying touts to pump the stock. Daimler can sink them from every direction. Halting production would be the most immediate. If ZAPZ doesn't come up with a manufacturer soon, they are done. I don't know how ethical or legal it is constantly proclaiming hundreds of millions in orders fully knowing the likelyhood they can be filled diminishes every day. This is inviting SEC trouble as well. With that being said, IF they come up with a manufacturer pronto, they might have a chance. But I would guess that might require them to begin at square one meeting various regulations, adding further delays. ZAPZ 2.88 x 90 is a longshot that could pay off very well, but management's integrity and believability is dropping fast.
