It is the many murders, torture and human right abuses that are happening now.

The vast majority of which are not being done at the order of the American government.

The perspective of the number of them during WWII needs to be put in context of the WWII.

Agreed but you where the one who called up the WWII and Nazi context not I. If you had said the US is the worst human rights abuser in the world today, instead of saying the worst since the Nazis, you would still be wrong, but at least you would be putting the statement in the context of today which is apparently important to you.

Saddam was not Hitler or had the war machine that Hitler had. But Bush IS Hitler AND has the war machine that Hitler had.

Saddam was Hitler light, very light in terms of the strength of his war machine vs, the other world powers, but more like Hitler than the majority of the leaders in the world today or in our recent history.

Bush isn't even vaguely Hitler like.
