Tossed it? Say again? Y'all have been busy today... and the news just gets stranger and stranger. I'm in the "Delay gets taken away in a stright-jacket" fold. It is both amusing and sad to see such rampant disconnection from reality in the highest reaches of our govt. Mostly sad when considering the damage they have done and can still do. Well, that's my little rant for the day coming to you from Texas. Coming home just ain't quite the same since Bush and Delay made a mockery of it but I'm trying to enjoy the best of it. :)
