I imagined that some day, after the real estate bubble has burst and all the dust has settled this board can finally reach its conclusion.

What a shame if this board is closed prematurely because of that guy.
Actually posts like that should be considered an act of sabotage.

Possibly this is a sign that the bubble has began to burst.
Maybe this guy is a real estate agent or a mortgage broker who has just seen the writing on the wall.

HEHE - you kill me Patron - I sure liked hawkeye - that show american frontiers he did had some interesting stuff - but alas my "eat right, stay fit, die anyway" t-shirt with the 3 year old taco sauce stains - that I have worn for 5 years now - does not qualify me the metrosexual class of clothing or life I fear, darn. I guess I will have to ride around with my hobo friends in the bangbus while that trendy dress up ken doll coming out of the mall shines with his new attire and fashionable peers and IKEA furnished loft - a la "fight club".
