I would suspect that has something to do with it. I rent closer to 15 per month. I suppose Netflix spoiled me with exceptional service the first time around. My wife travels a great deal and I try to have movies on hand that she prefers when she's here. That requires a little advance preparation and the movies just don't seem to ship when Netflix says they are shipping. Lately, the movies she'd prefer to see arrive just as she's leaving. I once was able to anticipate arrival dates with pretty good accuracy. But no longer. So I end up holding Doris Day movies for four or five days waiting for my wife to get home and watch them. I guess I'm destined for an upgrade to the seven movie option. Perhaps that's what Netflix planned.
