Your children will be gone soon enough, Ionesco. Time just whooshes by when they are young, and then all of a sudden they are all grown up and there you are in your empty nest (until they start drifting back home, perhaps). So your weekends really should be full of them. There will be plenty of time later for peace and quiet and exactly what you want to do and watch and eat and listen to. Have a wonderful time!
