"Sorry to hear it was so bad..."

Ya, it sucks right now. C'est la vie. Stiff upper lip & all that.

"Celebrex ain't all it's cracked up to be anyhow..."

You know, it seems Celebrex works differently from person to
person. I know folks who swear (swore) by it. Some say it's
useless. And some, like me, got some relief using it.

NSAID's were mostly ineffective for me. Celebrex (and before
that Vioxx) at least reduced the pain.

Prior to my surgery I had to stop taking everything, including
vitamins. The plan was for me to resume the Celebrex a few
days after the surgery.

The FDA/Pfizer news about Celebrex broke the day of my
surgery. When the hospital made their follow up call the day
after surgery, they hedged on whether I should go back on
Celebrex. They essentially left it up to me.

Hmmmmm.... Will I have to buy a pipe?
