I don't pretend to understand such things either; I am merely fascinated by them. I don't have any vegetarian recipes, I'm afraid. It's meat and potatoes for me. Well, often shrimp stir fry. My wife once had a real estate client who seemed very much like you. She was very nice, clearly divulged her vegetarian life style, and dearly wanted to buy a quaint older house--you know, the kind with charm. My wife couldn't find a house this kind lady liked, so she bought a plot of land down by the river, clearcut the cedars and hemlocks, and built a house to her liking. Afterwards she invited us over for a vegetarian dinner, which we enjoyed very much. The irony of her choice was so poignant, she couldn't even escape mentioning it herself. Her house was SO CLOSE to a first class salmon stream, that as a forester I could never have created such a clearcut there myself. My standards were much higher than hers, it appears.
