HIPPA Is just another reason for INSURANCE co's NOT to make payment. To confuse the line between ERISA and Blah Blah Insurance Company.

If they never pay out the benefit and take care of the constituent then they get to keep the money put it in a general fund. whatever. (HAPPENS ALL THE TIME FROM WORKERS COMP TO PRIVATE INSURANCE PAYMENTS ADMINISTRATED BY ANY NUMBERR OF INSURERS.)

Insurance co says we're not liable. It's the ERISA. ERISA says we're not liable it's the insurance co. But we can't talk to each other because of HIPPA. SO YOU NEVER GOING TO GET PAID EITHER WAY. WE GOT A PROBLEM. HOUSTON.

HIPPA is another HYPOCRICY of the government. On the one hand they think your medical history should be private, ON THE OTHER HAND THE PATRIOT ACT ALLOWS THEM TO INVESTIGATE AND SPEW EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU FOR WHATEVER REASON THEY SEE FIT. BUT GUYS LIKE DELAY CAN PAY HIS FAMILY 500,000 DOLLARS AND GET AWAY WITH IT.

CRAZY STUFF MAN. GOVT IS OVER THE EDGE.

>>> I think Exxon Mobil made like 8 billion dollars profit last quarter.

That's about right.

That's almost the entire Health Care (budget) shortfall in California. I guess EXXON MOBIL has a right to make a profit but health care people need to eat too.

This is a very twisted story. But the big corporations GE, GM, IBM ect ect ect. put aside money to take care of their constituents (workers) who pay for ERISA (1974). It gets really complicated when the GOVT gets involved with things like privacy PROTECTION through HIPPA.

Where ERISA can't even talk to the Insurance company who is admnistrating the benefits for the constituent. (ANOTHER REASON NOT TO PAY BENEFITS)

IT'S LIKE CORPORATE VEIL WITHIN CORPORATE VEIL AND THE MONEY TRAIL IS LIKE TRYING TO TRACK A PHANTOM PAYMENT ON A COMPUTER SCREEN. IT GETS REALLY REALLY TWISTED WHEN THE PARENT COMPANY STARTS OWNING THE COMPANY THAT ADMINISTRATES THE BENEFITS (AND THEY STILL CAN'T TALK TO EACH OTHER BECAUSE OF HIPPA) AND THE DRIVING FORCE BEHIND IT ALL IS NOT PAYING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CONSTITUENT BUT ACTUALLY FUNNELING, SHELTERING, MAYBE EVEN EMBEZZELING THE MONEY IN TO PRIVATE FUNDS THAT FURTHER HAVE NO BENEFIT TO THE CONSTITUENT WHO IT'S DESIGNED TO TAKE CARE OF.

Organize your thoughts a little bit and let me know what you come up with. Your post is incomprehensible to me.
