The rightwing wants judges who dont adhere to the law but are ideological. That means they are activist judges. precisely what they are accusing liberals of. Of course the last judges the rightwing attacked are all conservatives, some appointed by Reagan. We definitely need to fillibuster any judge Bush nominates in order to pander to the far right nut brigade. Those people have dangerous beliefs. They indeed pollute Christianity itself with their hatred, intolerance and actual and potential terrorism. Why are they any better than the Taliban? Anyway, not much better.
