I have a neighbor who seems to take pleasure in butchering trees. Every couple of years he gets out his saws and just hacks away. It is really sick. He should just kill them and get it over with. When he is done there is just a 10 ft stump and a number of stump branches. You can do that on the lefty west coast where I am. You must be east coast. I agree with you on the seat belt thing. It's $86 bucks here. I think if someone is dumb enough not to wear their seat belt and they get killed, hey, that's darwin's survival of the fittest.
