I would probably prefer to move to Europe rather than fight you over your stupid guns. I think America is a pretty despicable place, and one of my primary reasons for that belief is the prevalence of handguns here. Americans are such a weird, backwards, shoot 'em up anomaly of a country in several ways, not moving towards civilization but further away from it. I think that if the Supreme Court ruled that in fact the second amendment referred to a well-armed militia, not every individual yahoo, and the police or the armed forces or whatever came to confiscate guns, then good citizens should give them up, since we are nation of laws (at least ideally). But Americans still live like this is the Old West, really retrograde . . .
