Now that the wingnuts are threatening judges with 'no man, no problem,' a direct quote from Stalin saying that killing anyone in the way is acceptable, "any devious means possible" is an understatement.

That 1.2 billion is a direct political payoff mostly to the far right. That is public money and should not be used this way. The minister of our church in Houston (where the Bushes sometimes attend) said he didn't want Faith-Based anything in the government, that it opened up the doors for massive corruption and religious charlatans taking away from real philanthropic groups which are organized to help the needy. The evangelicals in particular have a long history of white collar criminality.

Part of the scheme Bushies have in mind is to pay off minority churches too, thus trying to buy their votes based on the "we're more religious and don't separate church and state" argument. Once again, Christ would be rolling over in his grave to see his name taken in vain.
