Generosity to whom? Rightwing churches which preach hatred like the one Eric Rudolph belonged to? Not all evangelicals are crooks, but I personally know some of them are scam operations exploiting tax-free status to enrich themselves.

Oral Roberts for instance, is nothing but a ripoff scheme to fleece its gullible flock. I know because I used to date their Treasurer's black sheep daughter and she told me everything. Her daddy gave her a $75,000 Mercedes Benz and million dollar condo with part of his ill-gotten gains.

Assuming that your information is true and not rightwing propaganda, all the top states in that list are generously supported by the tax revenue collected from the states in the bottom. No need for further generous.
