If you consider we have more millionaires here than any where else in the world then one could say what do brains/ knowledge have to do with it?

Clearly, education in the US is in a process of change --perhaps revolution would be a better word. Once it is accepted that what is taught is a function of belief then schools will become churches, churches will become schools and lessons will be extensions of Bible studies.

Ever so true Jeannie sees the difficulty students who have been raised with the concept of Adam and Eve have. They have to separate Belief from Bio and some of these kids in college find it ever so hard to do.

Honestly I do think that some of the religious schools do a far better job of educating the mass. There policy is to teach the basics. Disruptions in class are not tolerated to the same extent they are in the public system. It makes it more simple to teach.

Heck I suppose all we have to do here is give the basics on how to maximize our credit and increase risk to the apex. Then we can leave the nitty gritty to other nations. VBG

Paul bid on a house so did several other people bid well above asking price. The result the people who had it on the market took it off.

For the life of me I cannot understand where all the dollars are coming from or how this can continue. There are few houses on the market and it could be because cost has become to high so it is difficult to move up and impossible to go down unless one moves to a totally different location. The North of Canada is probably still affordable but the heating bills I am sure would consume the savings. Heck maybe all it would take is one winter which lasts most of the year.
