If you're rightwing, you DO NOT believe sex is a private matter, but something which should be regulated by morality squads and intrusive new laws.

If the religious right had their way, pre-marital sex would be almost illegal. Their whole thing is to go back to the 50's when grils didn't "put out", masturbation was supposed to stunt your growth, homosexuality was illegal (in the closet), anything but missionary position was abhorrent, TV and movies showed couples with separate beds and abortion was a crime (endangering the lives of women by leaving the job to unqualified backroom and Mexican services).

50 years later, we the people demand these repressive nuts back off. Just because they don't like sex, doesn't mean they get to make rules to regulate the rest of us. The Prude Revolution is back, but it has to be stopped. Those people are just a big bunch of ignorant hypocrites anyway. They hate sex (at least on the surface) but have no problem with guns, wars, pollution and violence. What does society more harm? Janet Jackson's breast or starting a war based on a pack of lies?
