Most "gold bugs" are nowhere near 100% invested and the average investor has zero gold.
in December 2003 when gold hit the high there was a buzz about gold much like there is in oil right now. Nobody has cared about gold for probably a year.
IMF meeting this week may tell the tale. Watch the volume on NEM.
